Bharti Airtel — Getting heavily charged for data services but not getting service

Hi Team, I am a user of Airtel Wifi through my Wifi dongle and getting charged for heavy 3G plans but the signal is quite low @ my place. I have contacted Airtel customer care regarding this around 10 times. They always say that sir we will ask our networking team to get in touch with you and resolve the issue. But its been 3 months now that I have been trying to contact them and tell our issue but seems they are not bothered about customer issues and showing ZERO sales service. They just want customers to pay money to them for 3G plans whether they get service or not. My data card no. is [protected]. The company can contact me at my registered no [protected]
