[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — International Calling Facility has been disabled without Prior notice | |||
Hi, I am Ashwin Prakash Hegde, I am using Airtel as my Telecommunication provider, my phone number is [protected], recently it has come to my notice that I am not allowed to make International Calls from my number, I get a voice message which says, " You are not allowed to call this number" and the call disconnects. The changes have happened recently without my notice, as I regularly make International Calls. When intimated the same to the Airtel customer care, I got a rude response saying, " There is no problem in your SIM, there might be problem in the SIM or the number which you are calling. Why are you repeatedly calling us, we will call you back within 4 hours", and smoothly finishing it off saying, " do you need anything else than this complaint". I am able to make calls to that particular International number from other network providers. Please consider this as a priority or I might be forced to take it to higher authority including that of consumer complaints. Regards -Ashwin P.Hegde Was this information helpful? | |||
