Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Mental harassment and threatening on personal mobile. | |||
I have a regular user Airtel 4G. I was a user of [protected] and [protected] post- paid numbers and [protected] router number. Despite my many complaints, the company gave me 3G Service, and I was supposed to get 4G service. The company has charged me for 4G usages. I didn't get 4G service in my area. This was the practice of deception. When the company charged me a lump some amount which is not according to my use. The company started sending some guns(anti-social elements) to mentally harass me. On the phone, some lady from the company hurled abusive remarks upon me. I am an Assistant professor at a college. I want to pay the reasonable amount. If I fail to pay the amount the company may go to the court of the law against me, but the company sends some anti-social elements to threaten and mentally harass my family member's.
