Bharti Airtel — postpaid plan

This is to draw attention towards airtel's patchy customer services which resulted me paying more than what i would.
I have subscribed to airtel infinity family 499 plan on joining airtel postpaid services. This plan let me avail 5gb data usage per month and on top of it as a new user i was allocated 10gb for the first three months. Because of airtel's policy to carry the last month's unused data forward to subsequent months data available to me keeps on accumulating, as per myairtel app and that has been ascertained by airtel query services. But to my utter disbelief, i have been charged for data usage beyond 5 gb from the fourth month onwards. When i enquired about it, i was informed that the 10gb data, allotted to me as a new customer, had been deactivated after three months although the airtel services kept on showing that data were available for my usage. That was totally misleading for me as a consumer and i was lured into using more than 5 gb data and then would been charged later for that. If the right information was portrayed to me i would plan my data usage accordingly to keep it under 5gb limit. But now i am being charged exorbitantly for the extra amount of data consumed by me. This is a tantamount evidence to the service provider's irresponsibility at best, and at worst it points to the malicious intent of squeezing money out of customer's pocket.
I strongly believe the customers should not be charged for the falsified information shown on the app and validated by other services. Please take necessary action and spread awareness about such incidence to stop consumers beguiled into such schemes.
