Bharti Airtel — Recharge failure-no reversal after 17 days | |||||
I recharged airtel no as I was going to Andaman and people said that only Airtel and BSNL is available there.For net I charge with Re 99/- on 11th Nov15.amount got debited but no recharge happened with a massage of failure. Second day it was successful as detailed below. After 17th day when I opened to make my card payment I was stunned to see that the failed amount has never been reversed by Airtel. This is the result of my trust on Airtel for which I never double checked assuming that Airtel will do well in timely reversal.
