Bharti Airtel — Regarding bill details

We are using Bharti Airtel Broad band services for more than four years. (account no[protected]. We'll be utilising only broad band services and we wont use land line for communication. Intially we started with 599 plan and then upgraded to 699 plan.Now the plan has been upgraded to 749 plan. We'll be receiving bill amount as 842(749+12.36%service tax&1% others). But from December 2014 onwards the bill amount becomes high(Rs 1065) and I was thinking that the plan might have been upgraded. But later on verifying the bills, I realised that they have added extra talk time services(Rs 199+Taxes) for our account which we were not at all requested and needed. When we contacted the customer service they said that they got our consent through phone and I asked for proofs from them. They rudely said that proofs are not available and wont be provided. They also added that extra added service will be removed from our account. Hence to conclude the matter I paid entire bill amount for feb'15(Rs 1230 along with penalty). But they've not removed the services and charging us for the service which is not required for us. Till last moth I've paid the bill for Broad band services alone regularly(Rs 842). When we ask them to remove talk time service or broad band connection itself they ask us to contact show room. When adding extra services neither they don't get any proper consent from us nor they asked to contact show room . But when I ask them to disconnect the service they are saying that we've to contact show room only. How could they add extra service&extra amount for our account without our request & consent? It is their fault and when we request them to rectify it they are not doing it. How could I pay bill for the services which we are not utilizing. I was paying the bills regularly. Due to their fault, it comes problem in payment of bills. But till last month I paid for broad band services alone regularly. Now they are calling and informing that we've to pay Rs.2718(including late payment penalty) immediately. When seeking for clarifications and rectifications they are not providing us. How come it is possible for us to pay extra amount and penalty for the thing which we never did?Its them who added unnecessary services and charged extra.This is completely unethical. Now they are asking too much amount to pay. Till now they are not regularizing the bill. I'm really frustrated after communicating and explaining them.I can provide all the payment details and billing details if required.I kindly request to look into this issue and take proper action against their irresponsible and lethargic action.
