Bharti Airtel — SIM card activation

Address:Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam, 780135

I have applied for a airtel prepaid SIM on 25th November 2015 through a retail shop as suggested by Airtel customer care office who only provides postpaid connection not prepaid.Hence, I provided all the details and supporting documents(pancard, passport, 4 passport size photos, office identity card) what ever been asked to me to provide but till date( 01/12/2015) the SIM is not been activated. The SIM card number is -[protected] mobile number -[protected]

I have already provided my alternative number during the applying SIM also to [protected]@in.airtel.com but so far no communication and spontaneous action been taken.reference number CACTP[protected].Also as bharati airtel have stopped providing prepaid SIM as said by their customer support offices we have to rely on retailers who also stop picking the phone and refuse to take any responsibilities.My question then why we have to waste our time and money repeatedly calling customer support and retailer for getting a simple job done?If for such a minute work we have to face so many trouble that too a prepaid connection.
