Bharti Airtel — Unathorised bill | |||
Hi, I am Prafull Jaware having airtel post paid number from six to seven years, and not facing any billing issue since i use the services but suddnely airtel has sent me a mobile bill of rs. 9500/- for the data usage and monthly rental but this is not actual i have not using the internet on the particular day and they have charged the maximum data usage on the same day. When i ask them for it they told that other apps are running in background that is why the usage is high. my mobile number is [protected]. Please help to get it resolve.
