Bharti Airtel — Unfair trade practice by Airtel | |||
I would like to draw your attention to an unfair trade practice being following by Airtel. I had purchased a 4G dongle (MOBILE NUMBER: [protected]) in Aug 2014 in Bangalore. But from the first month itself, I started to have problems. I spoke to customer service several times, written emails, raised the issue with Nodal office but nothing really worked. I never got 4G connection and even 3G wasn’t good enough. And this is in the city of Bangalore – at my home in HSR layout, office on outer ring road, office in Dairy circle and few other places. I rarely could use the dongle but religiously paid my monthly bills for 8 months. My point is if Airtel cannot provide 4G service in city like Bangalore then why sell such a service? Also Airtel is struggling to provide 3G network quality which is so common now. Their response has been - this is the best we can offer, as if they are telling you to move out if you don’t like the service. I paid close to Rs 8000 without using the 4G dongle. I would appreciate if you could look into it and get this money refunded to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
