[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — WRONG BILLING OF NET | |||
Sir, Sir, I got shocked by getting SMS as under "mobile inter net usage on your airtel mobile [protected] till 12/11/2014:Rs.2233. Charges are Rs.10.24/MB". as I have never applied for internet connection on this number how can u start to inter net services accordingly I talk to call center he does not listen the complaint on the matter.Then I have mailed to Nodal Officer of Company Shubham Sharma, Nodal Officer replied me kindly write us back with the post bill generation so that we can validate our records and provide you the appropriate resolution and on generation of my bill for the period 05.12.2014 to 04.01.2015 in which company charge Rs.2268.30/- plus taxes for the services which I have never applied and used knowingly/intentionally. Again I have mailed to company but he regret the request with remark unable to reverse the charges as the charges are valid. How it can be valid even though it for the service which has never applied for activate and he told that when you shift your SIM card to any smart phone service will automatically activated and charge will be 10paisa per kb which is very very higher side than any plan of the company or any other service provider. Now, Therefore, I am making request to wave off the above bill of inter net usage charge with tax as I feel cheated by Bharti Airtel by charging at such higher rate for the service which I have neither applied nor I have used it knowingly/intentionally.
