[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — unethical selling of bharti axa policy

Dear sir/madam,
I shri manas chaudhuri presently working as a serion manager - projects in india's leading contract research organization, tcg life sciences pvt. Ltd in kolkata.
I was approached by a gentleman over phone in mid sept. 2018 promising me to get me no claim benefit against my exciting hdfc egro mediclaim policy. As a condition to get this money he along with his team (There were 3-4 different persons who spoke to me over phone time to time) ask me to take 2 different insurance policy. One of the no. From which they were calling was [protected]. They said best option for the same is to go for bharati axa and accordingly they have convinced me that i need to pay 1st year premium for these policies and after 1 year i shall get back the premium amounts.
Accordingly i have paid the premium for rs. 24461.28 against policy no.[protected] and rs 92, 799.11 against policy no.[protected] in oct 2018. Both the policy was issued through ecomoney insurance broker as the life advisor.
In nov. 2019 when i tried to contact the phone no. [protected] for inquiring about not getting the refund of my policy premium the no. Was switched off. Then there was calls from your office for submission of premiums. During one such calls a gentleman told me that since my policies were from ecomoney i should get in touch with them. Accordingly i visited the office of m/s ecomoney in chatterjee international in j l naheru road kolkata in 3rd week of nov'19 where i met mr. Abhijit ([protected])& mr. Chiranjit ([protected]) whom i have informed about the entire incident and they were convinced that it was indeed a mis-sell and they promised to help me to at least get my premium money back. Again i went and meet them on 28.12.19. This time they took one mr. Bijoy ([protected]), who claims that he works for your company, on conference call and all 3 of them told me that since my premium against these policies are long due unless i pay the premium and regularize these policies within 31.12.19 these policies will be lapsed and there is no way i can get back my money. They even promised that if i pay the premiums within 31.12.19 than i shall get the refund of my basic premium amount approx. Rs. 2.28 l by 23.01.2020. Accordingly i went and paid the premium of rs. 92800/- by cash in your kyd street brach.
When i asked for mr. Bijoy in the branch your operation person mr. Kaushik informed me that there is nobody by the name bijoy. Next day when i called bijoy and asked him about this he started telling me that he works for the alternate channel of your organization and he was trying to help me out by some method which is not approved by the company. Now mr. Avijit & mr. Chiranjit is telling me that they are not sure if they can help me since i have blown the cover of mr. Bijoy.
Sir, i am in a big financial trouble after undergoing huge medical expenses for my sisters cancer treatment and today completely broke financially. Even my cheque for the premium of rs. 24000/- against your policy[protected] has bounced due to insufficient fund. Your early action in refunding the basic amount of the 3 premiums (2 x 90000 + 1 x 24000) will help me in a big way.
I am in no position to continue these policies and seek your help in resolving the issue quickly.
