Big Laundry Services — Want to cancel my subscription

Id:S2143 I am not satisfied with the service provided by big laundry chennai and need to cancel my subscription which is done for a year kindly take necessary action against them and ask them to refund the amount paid for the pacakage Mr.ramesh the manager of the big laundry is completely irresponsible and poor for managing the staffs and is not on his commitments kindly ask them to cancel my package immediately
