Big Laundry Services — Worst service and treatment of customers

While subscribing we were promised 640 garments but now only 400 odd is done n the rest they are not taking up... And also they returned back the last set after 20 days without washing. All the clothes are stinking n wet.
They also lost a branded linen shirt and 2 soft silk sarees and are not answering if we ask anything. They just switch off their phone n no response

Dear Customer,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that the garments used from your end is 500 and also your validity has been expired. Kindly renewal the package and restart the service for further process. You can subscribe the package through our website for continuing the service.
Dear Mam, this is in reference to your subscription ID: 12388. You have been writing to us for the past couple of weeks and claiming about some additional commitment which you neither have any proof of official communication from the company. Instead, you have been sending us some private conversation you had with one of our past executive who communicated at his personal capacity some additional garments. Now you want the company to deliver the services for an old staff's personal communication with you. Your last subscription was serviced 253 garments over and above the authorised limit of the company. The authorised limit of the company against your package was 248 but we serviced you 501 garments, as you have been one of our customers since Oct 2017. We almost doubled the number of garments as a very special case on your persistence and threatening the company you will go into public forum and so on.

Finally, we decided to stop the service on 12th Dec being your last pick up as the company was incurring losses in continuing to service you. You then suddenly out of nowhere started claiming missing garments, which you never complained till date but raising after we stopped the service. However, please email us at [protected]@biglaundry.com which lot or date do these missing garments belong to and we shall have the same checked and attended on priority.

Sorry we would not budge to your threats and we shall not be able to service anymore until the subscription or package is renewed.
