Billdesk — Baill payment failed

I made online recharge for aircel RS :320/- through
indian bank Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons:
sorry! We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at
[protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".Am repeatedly do this process in many times, what I'am thinking means, am only click the wrong button, that's why the error will provided, finally I lose my debit account several times. i didn't expert this happened. So, now what should I do? please

I have have made online re charge 100/- in my mob [protected] on 23.10.16 vide bank ref no HSBI[protected] GAADHDLDI & INB MTNL DELHI MTNL DEL 3P the same amount debit our accont no [protected] SBI Najafgarh but not credited above mobile no. Please take necessary action
