I had raised an empty jar pickup request on 2-Jan 2024 and it is 23-Jan 2024 but still it has not been picked up. Only getting sms regarding pickup but neither the pickup team called me nor did they come to pick it up. I had also called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team on 15th Jan'24 . Today again I called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team and they assured that empty jar will be picked today for sure. I got the pickup sms @ 8:31pm and @ 9pm I got another sms that pickup was unsuccessful and will be retried on 7-Feb'24. This thing is happening week after week. Could the bisleri team answer me that why this ### is going-on day after day? Extremely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour that is very annoying now and totally unacceptable . Mar 11, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Bisleri International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 05, 2024 Bisleri International Customer Care's response customer is out of station, and he will come back on February 15, 2023. then we will reschedule the pickup, and this confirmation mail will be sent to the customer.
