I had raised an empty jar pickup request on 2-Jan 2024 and it is today 16-Feb 2024 but still it has not been picked up. Only getting fake sms & emails
regarding pickup but neither the pickup team called me nor did they come to pick it up.
I had also called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team multiple times and they are kust wasting my time and energy with providing any resolution .

Today again I called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team and they assured that empty jar will be picked today for sure by 8pm but when I asked to give it on email then they denied it.

I have attached some of the sms that I have got promising for empty jar pickup. There are more such sms and emails from Bisleri but without resolution till date. It is today 16-Feb24 and the bottles are still lying at my premise.
