Blackberrys — Poor Customer service and trouser colour quality

Hi I bought a blue trouser from blackberrys Mumbai showroom in Phoenix market city, Kurla.The trouser faded its colour. I am a platinum member of blackberry and have been only purchasing blackberry. When I gave it back to get it check in march 2015 they told me they'll show it to their manager who responded after 4 days. He has not been helpful at all. They tell me they will send my trouser to Delhi and have it checked. If the team tells to replace they will if not then ill get the same pant back.I cannot possibly wait for 15 days for the pant to reach Delhi and then get a 50-50 chance of my pant getting fixed. The store manager is least bothered to address the issue to me. He has his employees do it who tell me they do not have any control. If that is the case then where should the customers go for justice.I am not going to purchase from blackberry hence forth and i am sure that blackberrys will not address my issue even if I leave their brand. size XL, CODE No 2026736, Order No[protected]-8451101 on SEP 03-2017. Now T-shirt has found multiple holes after washing.
