[Resolved] Blue Dart Courier Services — Terrible service | |||
Hello All, My credit card was sent to my office address through BLUE DART COURIER from bank. It consist complete Office address along with my mobile number. It was supposed to be dispatched in 7 working days. Once it didn't reached till 10day. I called bank and came to know that card has been sent back to bank; As I have refused to accept the card. It was my office address. These crap service guys don't even give any call (NOT EVEN MISSED CALL) or to inform you that courier came at gate. I WOULDN'T BE GETTING DREAM SITTING AT 3RD FLOOR, THAT SOME COURIER CAME AT GATE IN MY NAME. THEY HAVE UPDATED THAT : "CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CREDIT CARD". THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME... ITS BEEN 3 TO 4 TIMES WITH ME ...WRT BLUE DART. WHEN I ASK THEM ...THEY TOLD : WE DON'T GET EXTRA MONEY FOR MAKING CALLS. REQUEST YOU ALL ... NOT TO USE BLUE DART SERVICE TO AVOID SAME SITUATION.
