I have received a call by delivery agent at 6.15PM today. I said him to come after 15 minutes so that I can make sure my exchange order is ready. I have been waiting since then. They have updated at 7:31PM that exchange is not ready. I need my order to be delivered right away. False reasons are being mentioned and delivery is delayed by agent....

1. I recd a call from your delivery executive (Mr Siddappa) at 1111 am on 11 Dec 2. Since I was not available at home, I request him for delivery later. He agreed to deliver the next day (Sunday) at around 1430 h. However he has neither delivered the consignment nor attending his mobile [protected].
3. Request hasten delivery.

It was despatched on monday 6th dec but even today I have not received the package. That is 6 days!!
Do you people really need 6 days to deliver a package? Wow super efficient delivery system.
Bluedart has also given me misinformation thru sms that it has been delivered today @ 9:30 pm to one Mr Rajesh. I am going to sue bludart for giving me misinformation, and deliberately falsifying the delivery...

Hi, My parcel with [protected] was interchanged by Godhra-389001 pickup centre i registered a complain from 2 months i still didn't get my product or the amount and everyday i have been told we are working on it we are working and till now my complain is not resolved.

i like to file a complain of providing me wrong information and for for loosing my product....

I shipped the courier on 20/10/2021, and the same was supposed to deliver on 28/10/2021, but it got delayed by two days. On receiving the shipment, it was damaged. I tried to reach customer care, but got no response till date. They are responding to any of the messages and calls.

I need insurance money for covering accidental damages.

I am have sent a courier in Blue Dart from Changanacherry to Omalur. The delivery date is 06-12-21, but the device is not delivered and the recipient was not called either. The status shows "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect". And there is a Blue Dart office near by the address I have sent when I google and see. Please make sure they deliver it tomorrow.

My product from nykaa has reached at the local bludart courier service few days back..This is my order number NYK[protected] and my AWB Number[protected]. Since the last few days the delivery agent never called or tried to deliver at my address. At the end of the day it shows either consignee not available or today they updated consignee out of station when I am already in my home. Without making any attempts to deliver or call me they...

I had ordered a pair of headphones from ZRPL and they chose to ship the same through bluedart. The shipment has arrived at its facility but for a week they are showing address discrepancies and if I am contacting the customer care they are not receiving the call.

Please make sure they deliver the shipment ASAP....

Hi. our shipment which was sent within the same state is unable to reach the destination till yet. the destination is just 3 hrs ride or less than 100 kms from here. but even after complaining in mail, the shipment is still delayed. dont know why it is so hard for you to deliver so less distance shipment....

Blue dart is not giving me my business shipment since 10 days because it has my old number which is discontinued now. I'm providing every detail to them including airway bill number, and my adhar. Yet they didn't hand me the package which cost me business loss. I have been writing complain mails since 10 days but there hasn't been any reply. Moreover, the number they have provided everywhere does not work. It's a very frustrating experience....

Dear sir/mam, I have a Oneplus 6 phone. And it was not working well. So there is option in oneplus care app to book repair online and it will directly get transfer to banglore. So applied for this. Bluedart is official company who picks the parcel. Then blue dart associate came to my home. They picked up my parcel. But now parcel has not reached to the destination. They have lost somewhere. I have talked to them. They are giving any response....
