I had never experienced this much frustration in the process of a consignment to be delivered at my address before.
May 2023. As I needed that passport urgently, just after seeing that tracking-status online, I proactively called their Customer Service ([protected]). I didn't want the item to be undelivered for such miscommunication /unawareness. But, ultimately making all my efforts waste, at the evening 24th May at 12:30 pm I received a message from customer care and they are saying that the item still in Transit Await Delivery Information.
I called back Customer Service again and the guy on the other end told me the same thing- “Flight delay”. What is the meaning of this, The flight delay in full day they are committed to deliver 23rd May 2023 but still in Transit.
My son having GRE exam at Bangaluru today 24th May 2023 at 10:00 AM and he paid exam fee 22000/-, As per they rules Passport only is taken for ID porrf to write this exam. He unbale take exam today and the amount is not refund as per their procedure.
Who is responsible for this situation, Bule dart is will responsible to pay the exam fee to us
"Fight Delay or Network Delay will impact delivery" is a term usually used mail services especially Bluedart it means the medium of transport eg (Train, flight, bus) has left the hub before the courier van arrives the hub the package must wait until next medium of transport has arrived at the hub so that it can reach you.
