Blue Dart Express — Blue Dart Express without trying to delivery the parcel they misleading consignee not available/not sharing otp

Till now, i didn't receive any update. Today i tried to track the consignment status. It is showing as the shipment was returned to origin. The tracking details showing that the courier person tried to deliver the courier many times saying that the consignee not available, not sharing otp. I didn't receive a single call/sms from them regarding the delivery. Finally it is showing they have returned the shipment to the origin.
