I ordered a samsung mobile on 28th july from www.Samsung.com. samsung dispatched product by bluedart. And bluedart made my delivery too much late so I cancelled my order on 12th Aug. One day After cancellation i got a message from bluedart that we have delivered parcel on 13th Aug 9.00 pm. But nobody came in the evening i got a message from blue dart that my item was delivered, but nobody came to deliver. Imidatly called to samsung customer care and told them everything.
I asked the coustomer care of bluedart executive too about the same but he didn't paid attention towards it and said talk to samsung. My airway bill no. Is [protected].
My parcel was undeliverable till 12th Aug. I was in contact with Samsung customer support for this but after bluedart wrong delivery update they are not listing me. My payment has stuck because of blue dart.
