Blue Dart Express — Bluedart express - misroute due to shipper fault/wrong pin

My order was supposed to be delivered on 18th August 2023. But it is still not delivered. Even though the hub is just 5 kms away from my house, they were still not able to deliver. Now the status is showing as "misroute due to shipper fault/wrong pin" even though I have given correct address and pincode. Their customer support is also worse and half of the time they're busy. Really disappointed with their service and delivery. They really need to work on their delivery process.
