My package was supposed to be delivered today but it showed cne shifted to new address and when I contacted the delivery boy he said package will not be delivered for 5 days as no staff in office and when I started asking then why did truecaller show notification of he clling, he said he didn't and he had just typed code. When I started asking questions for not being too clear, he started abusing me then cut the call and blocked me. Next moment I see a customer refused to accept notification in my bluedart tracking and I got an otp too. This is totally unacceptable . How can bluedart provide such poor service?
