Blue Dart Express — Complaining about the wrong updation on status of my delivery

Address:18-13-6/22a Indranagar Hashimabad

I have an shipment delivery of sbi card which is supposed to be delivered on 5th of September but they didn't deliver it and updated as wrong address which is incorrect and on 6th they mention we are not available . Without contacting us they are just updating the tracking
