I am writing to you to notify you a complaint regarding the office in Haripad (Alappuzha, Kerala). The service from your office in Haripad is very poor. Kindly note the Ref: S[protected] and please check the tracking status of these shipments. The current status on 2016, Sep 2nd (07.15 AM) is 'Consignee’s Address Incorrect'. It’s above to my limit; we were staying in the same address since 1975 and if they come and ask any person in the town they could guide to us. Mobile number is also there in the consignment and the staff from Haripad was in touch with us twice, and informed they will deliver it before 5PM on 30th Aug 2016 first and again on 01 Sep 2016, but even didn’t delivered yet. One of my current consignments E[protected] is also stuck in the Haripad office. In one of my consignment which was previously delivered to the same address, seen to be opened also. You can see in the tracking details that since 30th August the consignment is with the Haripad office shows duplicated information like unlocatable or address incorrect.
