I was supposed to have my pakage in 27th of April but The Delivery guy contacted me once and told me that He is coming but never came, after half an hour I received a notification about how I was not available so I didn't get my package but with that message I got a link to reschedule my Delivery so at that point I was still not much angry but well to my suprise that link is dead. I thought that maybe on the official BlueDart site Iight be able reschedule and there was option for it but when I enter my Phone number of Rescheduling I always receive the error that you are not using the Number assigned to the waybill Number which I am sure is very wrong because I am using the right Phone number.
Please look into this case
