Blue Dart Express — Consignment not delivered at given address

My consignment with the way bill no [protected] was expected to deliver on 11 July 2023. But I got the message on 10th July 2023 that your consignment is undelivered. Promptly I tracked my consignment with given way bill number and it shows status "C'nee Shifted from the Given Address. In this case I am not shifted anywhere from my given address. If I am not available at my address at the time of delivery the delivery person should at least contact on given number and handover my consignment to building gaurd.

Kindly deliver my consignment at the given address at the earliest because it is very important for me.

It is really very disgusting and disappointing with the service of Blue Dart.
