I have three consignments to be received by the 04th of August and all reached to nearest hub location as well. I have registered a complaint and sent a couple of follow-up emails and calls, but no response. Not only they missed to the expected time of delivery, but not at all respond wanted.
All three consignments are Bank / Finance related and definitely i have direct and indirect losses for missing delivery. Hoping at least they will acknowledge and take action with this.
