In my life one of worst experience in bluedart courier. Today morning I got one product. In that time parcel look like good. Once I opened the parcel. There only available in the product in that parcel without box and that product look like old(used product may I guess). So I called thought mobile and asked to that courier guy in that time he told one shocking news. I was sent wrong parcel to wrong customer. So that customer was opened your product and box is missed . So that's why I manually packed myself and then send back the product to you.
This is the good way?? My parcel how can that courier guy packing manually?? It happens some time but when he sending the parcel to me just tell the truth for iam receiving time??
Once he got money he went and then after I called to them in that time he told everything
Actually it is big cheating
I want full refund amount and want justice. How much soon it possible to resolve this issue.
