Blue Dart Express — courier delivery not made | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I had made a complaint to bluedart regarding a bluedart order having waybill no [protected]. According to the status of this waybill no, the product has been delivered to me, in person, in kanpur on 1 dec at 1834 hours.in actual, i was not present in kanpur until 3 dec morning. I came to kanpur on 3 dec morning. Also, i had not got any call from bluedart delivery person. Definitely, the product has not been delivered to me. I already made a complaint to bluedart regarding this. But, no action has been taken till now. I request you to please see the case and make the product delivery to me otherwise take a suitable action in this case. Thanks Regards, Sandeep sahu Mb. I didn't receive my order and your the delivery boy is very rude with talking language and he is nonsense delivery boy i ever talked before. he don't know how to speak i want to compliant against him so let me know how to go farther for it. And he didn't delivery my order in proper timing. teach me how to speak and behave with the customer.

No communication is done and not delivered yet by the courier man and has been said undeliverable but simultaneously delivering the other parcel

The status said a delivery will be attempted on Dec 2 2018 at 10.38am.
12.32pm is got a message Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For delivery.
This is important for me to get it by today.
