I ordered a product online from Vero Moda on 28th Mar, 2022. I received a text message on 01st Apr that my order will be delivered on that day and also received the call from Bluedart employee and he confirmed the address on the phone. But, in the evening, I got another text message that the order is undelivered due to address related issues. It had never happened before that my address is not findable in the city as I regularly receive parcels at my address. Still I waited for 4 days and then on 5th Apr, I informed Bluedart about this on their email id [protected]@bluedart.com and I received a reply from [protected]@bluedart.com on 6th Apr. I was requested to provide Address and Contact details and I replied back with details on the same day. I again wrote to [protected]@bluedart.com on 8th April seeking some help for the order to be delivered. I keep receiving messages that your order will be delivered today but the product has not been delivered till date, i.e., 12th Apr. I don’t know what to do now. It’s just unacceptable and very poor service.
