Blue Dart Express — delivery boy discrepancy

My shipment number [protected] is being moving around without any notification to me. First time the delivery boy came to deliver, i was out of my residence for a small work and my security guard called me to inform of the delivery, hence i requested the delivery boy to wait for 5 minutes so that i could receive the consignment. The delivery boy was arrogant, adamant and did not wait. The next day he must have come and left with no notification. I did not receive any messages of the delivery on any instance and neither did i receive a call from the delivery boy of arriving to deliver. This is not acceptable at all to me that a delivery boy is pretending to do me a favor by doing his job. I need action on this guy and i need my consignment with no hassles.

Sir, my packet is not delivered to me .my delivery address is complete while blue dart office of jaipur has submitted that my address is not complete even they don't contact me my mobile number. i have urgent that packet.

I was to be received the corrier and it was very important for me they did give me a call for the corrier to pick up.

Dear blue dart 10day back I applied Dbs bank debit card they shipped to ur blue dart carrier but it's almost over 5days ur delivery person didn't call me and I'll track it they showing person not available how it is it's really poor service
