On 8th of Dec 2021, blue dart was supposed to deliver my HDFC welcome kit with AWB no. [protected] at my permanent address but even after 9 days it was not delivered. On 17th of Dec 2021, they messaged me that my parcel is returned at origin. When I called the customer care service ..they told me that is was returned to Kolkata as the service is not available at my address . The courier boy didn't even bothered to call me. If he would have called me, I would have collected it personally with necessary ID proof ..or they could have returned it to HDFC BRANCH but they didn't.
Even after re-attempt..till date I haven't received my parcel.. Because of this my account is blocked and I am facing many problems .so please solve my problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
