Blue Dart Express — Delivery related

I ordered mobile from mi.com. My order was with bluedart. Firstly after 10-15 calls they just came to deliever the order. As the order was with exchange the delievery guy checked each and every aspect of the mobile to be exchanged but found nothing but just some air in the screen and refused to exchange. According to the exchange policy the screen was not damaged nor discoloured and no water damage. But then also he refused to exchange. Also he came for delievery at a place 7 km away from the address given. Really disappointed with such experience. Hope the company view these employees and replace them if they want to deliever good experience to people.
