Hi,

I am balaram kuila.
My awb number : [protected] dt. 07/05/2016

I didn't received till now & nobody came on my address.
I didn't receive any response (Call, sms) from blue dart.
Instead a false status updated on website when i tracked it
I called to customer care 7-8 times regarding this matter but
Every time i got the same response that it will be delivered soon.
Please take a serious action against it as it is very important to me.
Please deliver as soon as possible
