Blue Dart Express — Domestic courier not delivered - [protected]

Hello,
I had sent package from Delhi to Lucknow on 3rd Jan 2024, however the package is still not delivered. The status shows as "Shipment Detained By Regulatory Authorities" waybill no: [protected]
I don't understand the reason for it and this courier was shipped with Bluedart as I wanted urgent delivery by paying premium fees. The package contains 3 body warmer for my uncle who is suffering from severe medical issues and is not allowed to use heater. I tried to order the product online, but the delivery time was 5 days, so I bought from Delhi and sent by bluedart so that it could be delivered urgently. This is highly disappointing and it has impact on the health. Kindly look into this and get in delivered within 24hrs.
