Blue Dart Express — Double payment taken by your delivery persons | |
I had received a parcel with docket no. [protected]. Firstly your delivery boy Mr. Vijay Santoji came with the parcel to my office. Since I had received message from BLUE DART not to make cash payments I made digital PHONEPE payment by scanning his mobile with Rs. 1299/= which came to be SUCCESS on my mobile. But since Mr. Vijay Santoji did not receive a confirmation he took the parcel back to his office. After 2 days, I visited BLUE DART Gokul Road, and spoke to one Mr. Kumar (Cell No. [protected]) and paid him CASH of Rs. 1299/= to use the same only if BLUE DART does not receive the credit from PHONE PE transaction. I have checked the bank statement and the phonepe transaction I had made by scanning your delivery boy Vijay Santoji's cell no. is still not returned back to my bank. My bank manager has confirmed that the transaction is a SUCCESS and request you to please talk to Mr. Kumar and arrange to refund the same Was this information helpful? | |
