Blue Dart Express — Failing to deliver and fraudulently updating status as 'consignee not available' | |||||
I am consignee for a BlueDart mail with Waybill #[protected]. The delivery guy wants me to come to his office and collect my mail. I urged him to deliver the mail to the address mentioned in the courier. The person refuses to deliver it to the address and has fraudulently updated the status as "Consignee Not Available". Its very frustrating with these guys. They have no professional etiquette and there has to be some regulatory action taken against these guys.
