I am writing to report a recurring problem with your delivery service. The assigned delivery person consistently generates OTPs and fake delivery status and even not communicating via phone call, resulting in canceled deliveries attributed to the customer and mentioning fake reason
by showcasing fault from customer side. This issue is causing frustration and inconvenience.
Please investigate and address this matter urgently.
