Blue Dart Express — Harassment and bribery

Sir, I have paid all the customs money to DHL company but still they keep asking me for money. They used to threaten me and ask for all my bank account information which I have given them all the information. Every time they send a man to our house and demand 25000 paise, my parents are also being harassed. I asked for a 'written mail' and 'iD proof' from them but they did not give it. If there is any loss to my family on my bank account then the manager and staff of Blue dart BathinDA will be responsible
