Blue Dart Express — Incorrect status with no confirmation- C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address

Status shows as 'C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address' eventhough we are still residing in the same address. No calls received for clarification of address. Funniest part: 2 days ago, received similar product delivery on the same address by 'Blue Dart' representative. On calling the BlueDart helpline number, nobody cared to speak/respond while the call was ON (could hear the background noise but no response for more than 2 minutes) Was this information helpful?
