This is the 2nd time my item has returned. no blue dart person has come to my address and rang the bell. when i am calling to the custmer care the automated voice asks me to choose numbers 1 / 2 /3 but when i press the numbers the other side says nothing selected seems number selection is also not working during call to the customer care.
I am fed up. my way bill number is [protected]

I had called the customer care of blue dart and they have managed to work with their team very well and parcel was delivered today at my address.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Mukeshpy I recieved the parcel today, there was some confusion and as per blue dart courier guy the address was not clearly mentioned which is the reason he was not able to deliver after multiple attempts. Finally the parcel is delivered today and the courier guy was kind and helpful to help us in this setuation. Also the customere care people of blue dart were helpful in this regard. closing this issue as resolved. Thanks!
