[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Its Showing Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect | |
Hi I have ordered a product on PGShop, Bluedart courier was assigned to deliver this product to me. I was tracking for days. Not the Product was supposed to deliver me yesterday. In the evening time Thinking Why the product was not delivered yet. I call customer care and they assured me that the delivery is on the way. Now at night again I checked. The update changes to Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect. I was not got any call or any message for the same. My address is right. I have received countless products for the same address from different couriers even from blue dart previously. Just 2 3 weeks ago bludart did the same for my other product. At that time the site was saying "The consignee was not available". They that time too not even got a call or message update. I received it 3 days later than the supposed delivery date. Is this some strategy to delay product or not deliver on right time or the courier person gain something from doing these things? Do they even try to locate the address or contact me. If they can't locate my address. They are supposed to contact me and I can pick the product from where they are nearby. Screenshot Attached from Blue dart.
