I ordered a headset online and the vendor shipped the merchandise through Blue-Dart. when I received email stating that its through Blue-Dart, I was happy that it will be delivered with a day or max -2. That’s the trust the brand has kept. On 16th October this was received by Surat office # [protected] and on 18th October 11:19am, this reached Delhi. I was expecting a delivery by evening. I called up the so called Toll free #[protected] which was not connecting at all, tried 3 times. Then I searched number for facility, #[protected] which was never picked. I decided to visit the facility, since it was just a walk away. I was calling this number all my way and no one picked up the call. Phone was still ringing when I was entering the booking office. There was a gentleman who checked with me how I may assisted. I asked him whether this number which I am calling is valid, he said yes it is and it is ringing. To my surprise there was a desk phone which was blinking in Red indicting that there was a calling, which was off ringer. I checked with him why the phone was not picked, he said he just walked in. he did not have reply to my question, so there was no one available for the last 45 minutes? Then I provided him with my way bill number, he replied its on its way from Surat. I opened Blue-Dart site and showed him the status. Then his reply was that, we did receive this however its short and it will be delivered on Monday. I was still surprised, however thought of waiting till Monday. I still have not received any update regarding this from Blue-Dart, even when I had submitted a complaint 19th October through their website. This is pathetic and I will never choose Blue-Dart in future.
