Blue Dart Express Limited — Delay o[censored]rgent package (priority delivery) | |||
I got a courier dispatched from Surat on 11th Feb (2.30 pm) to be delivered at Joka, Kolkata (700104). Since I needed it urgently I had opted for their priority delivery scheme through which i was promised by the Blue Dart person that it would reach my location by Friday evening or in the worst case by Saturday morning. When i tracked my package this evening it was still at Mumbai Hub and still awaiting to be dispatched to Kolkata. The customer case personnel said that a wrong promise was given and said it could be not be delivered before 16t feb which is simply outrageous. This is highly irresponsible on the behalf of Blue Dart, and this is the last time I am sending courier through the company. I want the package under any circumstances by Saturday (14th Feb 2015).
