Hello,
I am mailing to register a complaint about the service rendered for my package having Waybill No : [protected].The package has been kept on hold for the last 16 days despite repeated instructions from me and from sender to deliver.The Blue Dart delivery person had spoken to me on 8th Nov. Since I was out
of station I had asked for it to be delivered on 10th Nov.However, the package was not delivered. I contacted the sended - Fab Bag and they in turn contacted Blue Dart to deliver. Again there was no action
taken.I called Blue dart on 21st, 24th and 25th of Nov. Each time I was promised that package will be delivered.
But nothing has happened since.
Apparently Blue Dart has lost the package else they should either deliver it to me to return to sender.
Please let me know if you any do anything to redress this issue.
