Blue Dart Express Limited — Irresponsible response while enquiring about shipment details | |||
No update from Blue Dart regarding status of the shipment. Details are wrongly updated in their tracking site in spite of calling them and providing them more than necessary details. Customer Care representatives are not sure about the time of delivery and when asked about the shipment they are very much arrogant with "do whatever you can do" kind of attitude. It seems that they feel like "people are dependent on Blue Dart and they need bear with any inconvenience caused by it because they have no other option" Below are details of my shippable item with blue dart.
