Way bill no. [protected] Ref. no..[protected] I have ordered a item to ebay on 21oct.It was dispatched on 22oct14 through blue dart. Blue dart has not delivered that item, but it was showing delivered, when I were checking the status on their website. I had called many times but no progress in this matter from blue dart and ebay. On 5th nov'14 I have applied for refunds from ebay, but they have rejected my refunds as they ask me that your item has been delivered on 1 nov'14.
