Dear, I am writing this mail to complain regarding my consignment ( [protected] ) which I had couriered on 17 July, 2014 to Bangalore. Its more than a month now and my courier didnt reach its destination and your call center people don't have any record of my courier.I have already called so many times to your customer care and they always reply that they are not able to track my courier. I am using blue dart services from last many years but due to this careless behaviour I am not looking forward to use your services.Blue Dart is known well for their services but this time I am very disappointed with the service you have given. I request you to please give me the information of my courier ASAP, otherwise I have to take any strict action.
